Our hearts go out to the many people and businesses that have been impacted by the COVID-19 virus. As the outbreak expands, many of our clients are experiencing uncertainty in this extreme environment. At Financial Services of America, we see it as our duty during this difficult time to promote health, safety and security to our clientele.

With more and more cases appearing in Michigan, we wanted to provide an update on our operations. Financial Services of America has a robust business continuity plan in place to ensure we can provide you with continued world class service and support. Our offices will remain open, with limited staff, to reduce exposure but still maintain operational procedures to provide you access to the support that you need. 

In the weeks ahead, as with many organizations trying to reduce in-person meetings and travel, the way in which we support you may look different. Our team will be using virtual meeting tools, including video conferencing when appropriate, and we will be limiting our non-essential in-home meetings and travel in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Despite these operational changes, our purpose remains the same. Financial Services of America is dedicated to providing you the best planning resources for you and your family. We will share periodic updates about our operational decisions as the situation continues to unfold.
